Our work · Restaurant systems
A local-outreach conversation that grew from a custom website into a connected online-ordering experience for a Renton restaurant.

Designed for the guest. Engineered around the restaurant.
The opportunity
Naqibullah Safi brought his entrepreneurial drive and Afghan hospitality to America. We met through local outreach with a shared goal: create a digital presence that reflected the restaurant experience.
Discovery uncovered a broader need: a custom ordering experience shaped around the restaurant's menu, pickup flow, and kitchen operations instead of a generic template.
What we built
The public experience and the operational workflow were designed as parts of the same system.
Customer-facing items stay connected to the restaurant's operating menu.
Cart, validation, pricing, and order state are handled as one connected flow.
Guests receive clear timing while the restaurant keeps control of capacity.
Tickets, confirmations, and safeguards connect the website to real service.
We found a strong local business whose digital presence had not caught up with the experience it delivered in person.
A website was the starting point. Customer access, ordering friction, and restaurant operations revealed the larger opportunity.
We designed the customer experience and engineered a connected ordering system around the restaurant's actual workflow.
Start with what is slowing customers or staff down. We will help decide whether the right answer is a website, an ordering flow, an internal system, a mobile product, or a focused combination of them.
